Frank is a Senior Vice President for Business Development at HSI, bringing 29+ years of Air Traffic Control, airspace design, and senior leadership experience applying strong technical and management skills to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Frank spent more than 8 years at FAA Headquarters developing strategies, processes, and policies to support the safe and efficient movement of aircraft. His experience leading large organizations, in a highly complex environment, helped forge his exemplary set of skills. He is a proven leader with a track record of delivering results.
Prior to joining HSI, Frank was the Senior Director of Industry Relations at an Airbus Company. He was responsible for building and maintaining relationship with strategic aviation industry partners, acquiring intelligence for business development strategies, and formulation of call plans and schedules for execution.
At FAA, Frank was responsible for leading strategic planning, budget formulation, and annual programmatic implementation in the Airspace Services Directorate. As a senior government official, Frank has extensive experience building large professional networks, leading management teams, and facilitating corporate decision making. At FAA, Frank served in numerous capacities: Deputy Director, Air Traffic Manager, Operations Manager, Airspace & Procedures Manager, Frontline Manager, and Air Traffic Control Specialist
Frank studied Industrial Engineering at Northwestern University, and is a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute.
