Mr Charlie Benway is the Chief Operating Officer of Oasis Systems Incorporated and is responsible for C2 acquisition, technical and management services; information technology services; and financial, cost and accounting services supporting the United States Air Force (USAF) and Department of Transportation (DOT). With over seventeen years experience managing DOD and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) programs, Mr Benway leads the executive management of all Oasis programs, business development and corporate development. Mr Benway is located at the Oasis home office. |
