Dave LaRochelle - Vice President Global Electronic Systems Center Programs

Mr Dave LaRochelle is the Oasis Systems Global ESC Programs VP and provides strategic planning, direction and guidance for all C2 and intelligence engineering, technical, and management services programs. His responsibilities include recommending and developing new business opportunities, and managing select C2ISR, Battle Management, Net-centric Operations Support, and IT programs overseeing cost, schedule and technical performance. He also leads system Certification and Accreditation business expansion and the company’s effort in engineering, technical, and management services proposal development. Mr LaRochelle has over 25 years of diversified operations and technical management experience in all phases of Air Force system development and production. He has directed complex research and development programs, with emphasis on the acquisition of classified defense systems, and has executive-level experience in advanced technology development, airborne surveillance, command and control, information technology, and network-centric systems development and operations. His previous positions include: Senior Consultant at IBM Corp; the System Program Director, ESC/Joint STARS System at Hanscom AFB; ESC Deputy CIO; Deputy Director, C2ISR Enterprise Integration Office at ESC; Deputy Program Director, and Director of Engineering AWACS at ESC; and other management and engineering positions at the Air Force Research Laboratory, and HQ Air Force Systems Command.
