Mr Dave McMillan is the Quality and Contracts VP for Oasis. Mr McMillan has the responsibility for Oasis quality management, contract and pricing management, and internal IT management. He has over 25 years experience in program management and continuous process improvement. He has lead and implemented CMM, CMMI, and ISO process models in both government and commercial organizations. His experience includes serving as a lead consultant for the Air Force Software Technology Support Center (STSC) supporting AF programs in improvement of software practices. He has an extensive IT background and has successfully lead several large multi-million dollar IT projects to successful implementation and completion. His previous positions include Technical Director, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer, Vice President of Operations, and Director of Operations. Mr McMillan is located at the Oasis Office in Layton UT.
