Dave McMillan—Technical Director

Mr. McMillan is the Technical Director and Manager of Utah operations for Oasis. He has extensive experience with the technical and management activities of software development programs and has served as a lead consultant for the Air Force Software Technology Support Center (STSC) supporting AF programs in improvement of software practices. Mr. McMillan is a certified iCMM assessor and has supported the Air Force and industry in implementation of the Software Engineering Institutes CMM & CMMI. Mr. McMillan is located at the Oasis Management Office in Layton, UT. |
