Mr. Borden brings more than 30 years proven leadership experience to Oasis Systems, as the Business Development and Operations Director at Montgomery, AL. His broad base of experience includes successful program management and technical support for major weapons system and IT program acquisitions. His technical background includes software engineering and development roles for Air Force logistics, financial management, and combat support systems. As the program manager for key contracts, Mr. Borden successfully delivered technical and professional services to the Air Force and DoD for task orders valued at more than $50M. His combined technical and management background proved invaluable in securing a contractor SEI CMM SW Level 3 certification. Mr. Borden is located at the Oasis Management Office in Montgomery, AL.
