Mr Jack Harrington is the Oasis Business Operations Director overseeing and managing business operations and supporting systems. He has over 25 years experience in Government contract and subcontracts management, pricing and compliance including management positions for small and large federal government contractors and as a supervisory auditor with DCAA. Mr Harrington is located at the Oasis home office.
