Mike McElwain - Business Development Director

As the Corporate Business Development Director of Oasis Systems Incorporated, Mr
Mike McElwain is responsible for identifying and leading the corporation in identifying new business opportunities. He has over twenty years experience in aerospace systems research, development and acquisition at Air Force Research Laboratories, Rome Research Site (AFRL/RRS) and the Electronic Systems Center (ESC). Mr McElwain leads Oasis corporate business development activity with special emphasis on ESC at Hanscom AFB. Mr McElwain joined Oasis in March 2006 following 16 years with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) and ultimately gaining responsibility for all Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems Sector business at ESC. Mr McElwain’s technical aerospace experience includes artificial intelligence, electronic warfare and electro-optic infrared (EO/IR) software applications for military analysis and weapon systems development. Mr McElwain has held numerous officer and board of director positions with industry associations and is a Past-President of both the Lexington Concord Chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and the Patriots’ Roost Chapter of the Association of Old Crows (AOC). Mr McElwain is located at the Oasis home office.
