Pauline Froebel—Operations Director

Ms. Froebel joined Oasis in March, 2006 as Operations Director for the Electronic Systems Center (ESC) area. Ms. Froebel has over forty years of systems acquisition experience supporting ESC in acquiring major and non-major weapons systems across all ESC mission and business domains including C2, ISR, communications and business systems for Air Force, joint-service, and foreign military customers. As a U.S. Government civilian employee for 38 years, Ms. Froebel held numerous management positions in ESC financial management and program management including Deputy Comptroller and Director of Financial Management & Comptroller for the ESC Security Assistance Program. Ms. Froebel also held the senior positions in program management as Acting Deputy Director for International Programs, Deputy Director, Plans and Programs, Program Manager for the National Airspace System (ACAT 1C, joint DOD/FAA program) and Deputy Director, Global Air Traffic Management & Mobility C2 Systems. As member of ESC senior staff, Ms. Froebel provided a broad range of program management, financial management, and acquisition support and advice to ESC corporate staff. Ms. Froebel is located at the Oasis home office.
