Acquisition of Consolidated Enterprise Support Services (ACCESS) 
On November 29, 2011, ACCESS was awarded to Oasis by Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center (HQ ASC), Wright Patterson Air Force Base. ACCESS is a three-year IDIQ contract with a ceiling of $950M.
