Acquisition of Consolidated Enterprise Support Services (ACCESS)
ACCESS is a three-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling of $950M. Under the ACCESS contract, the Oasis Team will compete for Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) task orders to support the missions of the organizations at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base including, Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Air Force Research Laboratory, Air Force Sustainment Center, Air Force Institute of Technology, National Air and Space Intelligence Center. General Services Administration (GSA) Schedules
Oasis holds both GSA Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 and Professional Engineering Services (PES) Schedule 871 contracts which can be used by federal, state, and local government agencies to acquire technical services. PES Schedule 871 provides direct access to our services in the engineering disciplines for the following program activities: Strategic Planning for Technology Programs/Activities; Concept Development & Requirements Analysis; System Design, Engineering & Integration; Test & Evaluation; Integrated Logistics Support; and Acquisition & Life Cycle Management. IT Schedule 70 provides direct access to Oasis IT Professional Services. Our services under Schedule 70 include IT resource and facility management, database planning and design, systems analysis and design, network services, programming, conversion and implementation support, network services project management, and data management. One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS)
OASIS and OASIS Small Business (SB) are multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. These contracts:
- Span many areas of expertise and mission spaces;
- Span multiple professional service disciplines;
- Allow flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level; and
- Allow ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level.

Oasis is both a PRIME contractor and subcontractor on Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e). The Seaport-e vehicle provides the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract (MAC) vehicle that can be used to acquire Professional Support Services (PSS) for its headquarters Directorates, Program Executive Offices (PEOs), and field activities.
