Mr. Krawczyk is responsible for providing strategic planning, direction and guidance for all engineering, technical, and management services for Air Force programs. He manages the operations of select Battle Management; Business and Enterprise Systems, Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), and Air Combat Command programs overseeing cost, schedule and technical performance. Mr. Krawczyk has 30 years of experience leading Department of Defense systems research, development and acquisition programs; is a Project Management Professional; and certified Level III in both Program Management and Systems Planning, Research, Development, and Engineering (SPRD&E). Mr. Krawczyk joined Oasis in March 2007 supporting business development and serving as a Program Business Unit Director before assuming his current position. Prior to joining Oasis, he spent 20 years as an active duty Air Force officer serving in various engineering and acquisition positions within AFRL, Air Force Material Command, and the Intelligence Community. Mr. Krawczyk holds a M.S. in Materials Engineering from University of Dayton and a Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
