Community Commitment
Oasis creates positive impacts in our communities in which we live and work through charitable giving, volunteering, and the way we conduct business with our customers, partners, and teammates. We feel strongly about supporting our service members, past and present, and do so through many different philanthropic and volunteerism activities.
We partner with community organizations through contributions, employee engagement, and sponsorship efforts. We support and encourage our personnel to engage in worthy community and charitable causes whenever they can.
AFCEA
The Wounded Warrior Project
The mission of Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) is to honor and empower Wounded Warriors. The WWP raises awareness and enlists the public’s aid for the needs of injured service members; helps injured service aid and assist each other, and provides unique, direct programs and services to meet their needs. WWP is a national, nonpartisan organization headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida.
Hands on DC
Hands on DC is an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization that organizes projects to improve the physical condition of Washington, DC public schools. We also encourage greater community involvement in the public schools. Hands on DC is volunteer-founded and volunteer-led; we have no paid staff.
Clay Buchholz Foundation
The Clay Buchholz Foundation was created by Red Sox pitcher and his wife, Lindsay, in March 2013, to provide health, educational and sports opportunities to improve the lives of children in need. The Foundation will work with established and qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations to help provide such support and services.
Town of Lexington
Oasis supports the town of Lexington, MA with donations and traffic island maintenance.
Ron Burton Training Village
The mission of the Ron Burton Training Village is to enrich the lives of challenged youth in the areas of dynamic character and leadership development, physical fitness, social and educational advancement, and spiritual growth. Their vision is to be an organization that supports the development of the entire human being.

Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, as one of the world’s premier health care organizations, will:

MCAA
The Marine Corps Aviation Association (MCAA) non-profit organization that recognizes professional excellence in Marine aviation and educates the public on its history and heritage, safeguards its future through 29 aviation awards, and supports the fraternal bond of its membership.
HSC
The purpose of the Hanscom Spouses Club (HSC) is to foster a spirit of fellowship among its members and to preserve the ideals and “esprit de corps” among spouses of Hanscom AFB through the provision of social, charitable, educational, and welfare activities.
LifeSavor
LifeSavor brings together Boston’s best chefs and restaurants together to raise money to provide nutritious meals to home-bound critically ill individuals and their families.
MAC
Committed Business Partners United for Service In the mid-1980s, the North Suburban Chamber of Commerce, a business organization serving 13 communities in the Woburn area Route 128/Interstate 95 corridor created a Military Affairs Council (MAC) dedicated to fostering and preserving a crucial relationship between business, local communities and the Hanscom Air Force Base (HAFB) community.
NEAOG
The New England Association of Graduates (NEAOG) mission is to promote the common interests of United States Air Force Academy Alumni, Cadets, Family and Friends, Liaison Officers, and Candidates in the New England area.
Hanscom Airman and Family Readiness Center
The Hanscom Airman and Family Readiness Center offers a variety of services and programs for all single and married active-duty military personnel, Department of Defense civilians, retired military personnel and family members. Programs are free of charge and held on base.
Toys for Tots
The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November, and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community.
Human Factors and Ergonomics Society
The Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, founded in 1957, is the world’s largest scientific association for human factors/ergonomics professionals. HFES serves the needs of members and the public by promoting and advancing the discovery and exchange of knowledge concerning the characteristics of human beings that are applicable to the design of systems, products, tools, and environments of all kinds.

Established in Washington, D.C., in 1956 by a group of air traffic controllers, the Air Traffic Control Association has been from the outset dedicated to progress in the science of air traffic control and the preservation of a safe flight environment.

American Association of Airport Executives
Founded in 1928, AAAE is the world’s largest professional organization for airport executives, representing thousands of airport management personnel at public-use commercial and general aviation airports. AAAE’s members represent nearly 875 airports and authorities, in addition to hundreds of companies and organizations that support airports. AAAE serves its membership through results-oriented representation in Washington, D.C. and delivers a wide range of industry services and professional development opportunities including training, meetings and conferences, and a highly respected accreditation program.
PIFK
Pitching in for Kids, Inc. (PIFK) is a dynamic nonprofit organization dedicated to providing specifically earmarked grants designed to improve the lives of children across the New England region. The founders, supported by their diverse and accomplished volunteer Board of Advisors, raise grant funds by organizing unique special events that are distinguished by their investor participation in sports-related activities. They are further set apart by the endorsement and presence of prominent regional athletic figures. Using this theme as a draw allows PIFK to concentrate its efforts on optimizing fund-raising opportunities and minimizing administrative costs.
Burlington Community Scholarship Foundation
Burlington Community Scholarship Foundation Dollars for Scholars® is a nonprofit foundation that supports academic success in our community. As part of Scholarship America’s® national network of locally based, volunteer-driven Dollars for Scholars chapters, our mission is to mobilize our community on behalf of post-secondary education success for our residents.
Higher Education Resource Center
The Boston Higher Education Resource Center (HERC) in partnership with our fiscal parent, the Congregación León de Judá, serves under-represented urban students in grades 9-12 and their families. It does so through out-of-school academic enrichment, career advising, and academic support and retention services to help them graduate from high school and college. HERC awakens vision and purpose in the lives of the participants. HERC equips and empowers them to achieve their vision, to realize their potential and to transform their lives and communities.
OUR MISSION: Boston HERC equips Latino and other disadvantaged youth and their families to obtain a higher education, break the grip of poverty, and become agents of change in the community.
HRA
The Hanscom Representatives Association (HRA) was chartered to help serve the collective business development interests of the member companies in the area. The HRA objective is “To promote and encourage dialogue to improve the acquisition process”. Membership is open to any marketing/industry person employed as a representative to Hanscom (ESC, 66 ABW, MITRE, Lincoln Lab, etc.), with his/her office in New England.

Association of Old Crows (AOC) is an Electronic Warfare/Information Operations (EW/IO) association, which promotes electromagnetic spectrum operations and related military, civilian, and commercial applications.
AFA
The Air Force Association (AFA) is an independent, nonprofit, civilian education organization promoting public understanding of aerospace power and the pivotal role it plays in the security of the nation.
The Jimmy Fund
The Jimmy Fund solely supports the fight against cancer at Boston’s Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, raising funds for adult and pediatric cancer care and research to improve the chances of survival for cancer patients around the world.
NDIA
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) is America’s leading Defense Industry association promoting national security. NDIA is proud to provide a legal and ethical forum for the exchange of information between Industry and Government on National Security issues. Our members foster the development of the most innovative and superior equipment, training, and support for our warfighters and first responders through our divisions, local chapters, affiliated associations, and events.
Salute Military Golf Association
The SMGA’s mission is to provide rehabilitative golf programs, experiences, and family inclusive golf opportunities for post 9/11 wounded war veterans in an effort to improve the quality of life for these American heroes. Eligible veterans and service members include those wounded or injured in post 9/11 military operations, including those with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and/or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
Elevate New England
MISSION: Build long term, life changing relationships with urban youth, equipping them for a plan for the future to thrive and contribute to their community.
ELEVATE New England is a positive youth development organization that places full-time diverse teacher/mentors in high school classrooms to teach character and leadership development skills using a comprehensive, ethics-based curriculum. In the New England area, many urban youth lack even one caring adult in their lives, leading directly to increased dropout rates, unemployment, crime, and other roadblocks to their success. ELEVATE programs have been proven effective in changing these trends and transforming lives of our nation’s youth. Elevate New England is being launched using the same successful national model to help change the outcomes for students in the New England area.
National Air Traffic Controllers Association
NATCA represents the U.S. FAA air traffic controller workforce of dedicated and well-trained men and women. Air traffic control specialists (ATCS) work in airport control towers, terminal radar approach control facilities, and in air route traffic control centers.
MHTC
The goal of the Massachusetts High Technology Council (MHTC) is to help make Massachusetts the world’s most attractive place in which to live and work, and in which to create, operate, and grow high technology businesses.
CDCA
The general purpose of the CDCA is to address issues and opportunities facing the Charleston, South Carolina defense community.
NSCC
The North Suburban Chamber of Commerce (NSCC) is a professionally managed non-governmental business association dedicated to providing its membership with effective business tools and resources that help businesses become more profitable, visible, and community-oriented. It forms public policy on issues affecting the quality of life in our region, and actively seeks to improve the business climate on a statewide and national level through effective advocacy for its business membership.
Lexington Symphony
The Lexington Symphony is a group of dedicated professional musicians who share a passion for their music and for exacting standards of performance. Airport Consultants Council
The Airport Consultants Council (ACC) is the global trade association that represents private businesses involved in the development and operations of airports and related facilities. ACC informs its members of new trends while promoting fair competition and procurement practices that protect the industry’s bottom line.
