Anetra Withers

Anetra is the Vice President of Research and Development, and NextGen Initiatives and SE2025 Program Manager at the FAA/NASA Division of Oasis Systems. She has over 23 years of experience providing engineering, human factors design, implementation, and program management support for both FAA and DoD programs, 19 of which are directly related to management of ATC systems design, development, testing, and acquisition. Programs supported include Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System (STARS), Automated Radar Terminal System (ARTS), Integrated Terminal Weather System (ITWS), Advanced Electronic Flight Strips (AEFS), Runway Status Lights (RWSL). Anetra has managed the execution of and served as the HF engineering lead for several FAA efforts including the Chicago TRACON (C90) Airspace Redesign Simulation Project and the validation of the Relative Position Indicator program.

Anetra’s combined technical, research, and management experience allows her to provide support to the FAA/NASA Division’s, Research and Development and NextGen opportunities and ensure our clients’ needs are met.

Anetra studied Aeronautical Science/Human Factors at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Alabama A&M University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Human Factors International Certified Usability Analyst (CUA). Anetra works out of the Washington, DC office.
