Bruce is Vice President of the EPASS HI Division at Oasis Systems. He has been capturing, managing, and leading information technology-related projects and programs for over 30 years with almost 39 years total in the information technology industry. His expertise is in implementing sound management approaches for information technology projects from capture and proposal through legacy sustainment in software development and staffing-related projects. He has performed analyses of alternatives and has developed detailed technical and cost proposals for commercial clients, and government solutions as a contractor to the Air Force since 1990.

Throughout his career, he has provided strong profit-loss, operations and personnel management for projects, programs and portfolios which he has led, with exceptional communication skills being his self-professed most solid core competency. He currently runs Oasis’ ETASS II HI and PASS II HICs task orders, providing leadership to over 180 team members. Bruce earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, and his Master of Business Administration from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Bruce most enjoys spending time with his wife, sons, daughter and daughter-in-law, day-hiking, backpacking, and “collecting visits to National Parks.” He is an Eagle Scout. Bruce works out of our Montgomery, AL office.
