Dayl Donahey

As the Vice President of Corporate Strategic BD Programs, Dayl is responsible for identifying, capturing, and transitioning large Army and Air Force business opportunities into Oasis Systems’ RDT&E and sustainment program portfolios. He has more than fifty years of Department of Defense program acquisition experience, led scores of multi-IDIQ, single award, and task order proposal submissions and helped win over $2B in new business annual revenues.

Dayl joined Oasis in April 2006 following 18 years with Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Program Manager and Business Director. He has executed numerous aviation weapon systems, avionics software, and enterprise IT programs, and performed as a Subject Matter Expert on several business reengineering and change management contracts. Dayl has a BSEE from The Citadel, MSEE from the Air Force Institute of Technology, MSEM from the University of Dayton, and is a graduate of the Air War College.

He spent 21 years in the Air Force serving in many diverse aviation, system engineering, test, and program leadership positions. Dayl lives with his wife Ann, and telecommutes from their home in Winter Haven, Florida.
