Allen is Vice President of the EPASS HB Division at Oasis Systems. He brings over 35 years’ experience in program management, engineering, manufacturing, and logistics in both commercial and defense sectors for organizations such as Jacobs Technology, L-3 Communications, Meggitt Avionics, and Fosta-Tek.  Allen has been at Hanscom AFB since 2010 delivering acquisition and engineering leadership to the HBS Airborne Surveillance AWACS Program. He is currently responsible for the general management of the EPASS contract for battle management within the HB division.

Before joining AWACS, he held various program management positions responsible for delivery of fire control, thermal imaging, shipboard navigation and communication programs that enhance both the safety and survivability of aircraft, ships, ground vehicles and soldiers. 

Allen received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and is PMP certified. Allen works out of our Burlington, MA headquarters office. He enjoys spending time with family and friends. Outside of work he enjoys sailing and is a longtime volunteer for the New Hampshire FIRST and VEX robotics programs.
