En Route Technical Assistance Support Services (ETASS) is an omnibus contract that provides for a broad set of engineering, program management, and technical services in support of the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Air Traffic Organization (ATO) on existing and future NAS programs, including NextGen initiatives. Oasis’ team of specialists offer our FAA clients the depth and breadth of experience that a large company can provide to support the full range of complex engineering tasks undertaken by ETASS while still maintaining the nimble, efficient, customer-focused intensity of a smaller business. Since 2012 on the ETASS contract, the Oasis Team has provided the right mix of skills and domain knowledge to deliver the needed services and products in areas like ATM Automation, Air Traffic Rules and Procedures, Human Factors, Surveillance, Navigation, Cost Benefit and Investment Analysis, System Safety, UAS Operations, and Requirements Definition to accomplish all customer tasking and required activities.
Oasis has successfully managed more than 45+ active Task Orders at a time and more than 150+ Task Orders over the life of the contract in support of all directorates of the PMO, 6 of the 8 ATO Service Units, and additional organizations throughout the FAA.
