Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a DoD Acquisition Subject Matter expert in San Antonio, Texas.  This position supports the Joint Cyber Command and Control program at the USAF Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)


U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants.

EDUCATION: Master’s degree

EXPERIENCE LEVEL:  15 years relevant experience, of which 10 years must be in acquisition program management


  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a US government cyber, IT, or software development program office
  • Relevant DAWIA certification



  • Help the program office navigate the DoD 5000 maze, including DODI 5000.87.
  • Investigates, analyzes, plans, evaluates, drafts, and recommends solutions for project/program efforts.
  • Provides expert-level issue resolution and recommendations support to achieve desired program outcomes.
  • Applies broad knowledge of organizational missions and programs, such as acquisition management and modernization planning.
  • Applies knowledge of and expertise in acquisition management, program management, budget/finance principles and methodologies, and modernization planning, programming, budgeting, and executing (PPBE) process.
  • Reviews initial and revised acquisition documents and provides the enterprise-level perspective to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Provides comments on acquisition documentation that add value from an enterprise perspective and facilitates an integrated, system-of-systems approach across the division.
