Mr. Esses currently serves as President of the DoD Programs Division for Oasis Systems, located in Niceville Florida. He leads a team of over 450 professionals supporting the United States Air Force, United States Army, United States Navy, Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Special Programs in the areas of Program Management, Systems Engineering and Integration, Logistics, Financial Management, Information Technology; Cyber Security, Intelligence, Specialized Facilities Management and Marine Operations throughout the United States and abroad. He has over 30 years of extensive DoD experience including 21 years leading Air Force weapons programs and is a certified Level III Program Manager. He retired from active duty in the United States Air Force in 2007, and during his military career held positions in engineering, test and evaluation, and program management. Upon retiring from the Air Force, he provided senior level consulting services to the DoD and industry. He joined Oasis in 2008. Mr. Esses received his BSE in Electrical Engineering from Duke University and possesses master’s degrees in Aviation Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and Military Arts and Sciences from Air University.
