Oasis Systems Contract Win

On September 28, 2020 the US General Services Administration (GSA) awarded three Unrestricted Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to Oasis Systems as part of an onramp activity to the GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) contract. Defined as Unrestricted, the three contracts are not small business set-asides, but will involve bidding Full and Open Competition task orders in the three GSA OASIS UNR Pools below:

GSA OASIS UNR Pool 1 – Covers 13 separate NAICS Codes including work in Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, and Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, as examples.

GSA OASIS UNR Pool 3 – Covers Engineering Services for Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons, and Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture.

GSA OASIS UNR Pool 4 – Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences; Nanotechnology; and Biotechnology

GSA OASIS has been designated as Best-in-class (BIC), which is a government-wide term for acquisition solutions that can be used by multiple agencies and that satisfy key criteria defined by the White House Office of Management and Budget. Solutions designated Best-in-Class (BIC) help all Government agencies meet their Spend Under Management goals assigned by OMB. Therefore, we expect continued increase in the number of customers and opportunities using GSA OASIS.

We appreciate the effort from Business Development and Contracts and Compliance, who worked hard to develop competitive proposals making this win possible. Each of these IDIQ contracts will provide numerous opportunities to pursue new business in the very near future; and the team is building on the pipeline of upcoming task orders we will bid.
