  • Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. As part of AFLCMC/HI Business and Enterprise Systems, MROi Maintenance Financials (MMF) adds financial capabilities to the new MROi Logistics Transformation program. It becomes part of the existing Business Acquisition Category (BCAT) I or a high-value BCAT II MROi program but is independently funded by HQ AFMC/FM. MRO will provide Air Force Material Command (AFMC) and the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) with an integrated capability for planning, scheduling, and executing organic Depot Maintenance to support agile planning, optimized workload assignment, resource allocation, and integrated quality control. Maintenance Financials adds complementary financial capabilities that will become the foundation for the end-state vision of financial management activities as it relates to the Air Force Working Capital Fund (AFWCF).

    MROi Maintenance Financials requires support to develop, coordinate, staff, and execute the full range of acquisition documentation and other artifacts and exhibits to meet statutory and regulatory requirements and mandates for BCAT compliance of Business Systems.  The MMF RDT&E efforts focus on modernizing and transforming the Air Force Depot capability and providing FIAR/FISCAM financial compliance.

    TRAVEL: Less than 10%

     

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)

    Possesses the advanced knowledge, experience, and recognized ability to be considered an expert in their technical/professional field, can perform tasks, and oversee the efforts of junior and mid-level personnel within the technical/professional discipline. Will demonstrate advanced knowledge of their technical/professional field and possess a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures and prac,tices in their area of expertise. (Program Office, Enterprise and Staff Level Support interface)

     

    SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret (Required)

     

    EDUCATION: 

    Minimum Recommended Education and Experience:

    Advanced Degree (MA/MS) in Computer Science, Information Technology or other, Engineering Discipline and 12 years of experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD, or

     

    BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other, Engineering Discipline and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD, or,

     

    2 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8 of which must be in the DoD.

     

    CERTIFICATIONS:

    CompTIA Security+ CE Certification

    Agile Certifications – Desired

    Cloud Certification preferred (example: AWS certified Architect preferred, AWS Cloud Practitioner minimum; and or MS Azure equivalents) – Highly Desirable

     

    EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Level III (Senior)
